Welcome to Radiant Auto Spa. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all mobile car detailing services provided by Radiant Auto Spa within the United States.

1. Services Provided

Radiant Auto Spa exclusively offers mobile car detailing services at customer-specified locations. We do not sell physical products. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, weather, staffing, or vehicle condition.

2. Service Area

We operate solely within the United States. Service availability may be limited to certain geographic areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.

3. Packages & Pricing

• We offer multiple detailing packages for different vehicle types.
  
  

• Prices and package contents are subject to change at our discretion at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.
  
  

• A minimum 20% surcharge applies to jobs involving hazardous or biohazard materials such as urine, vomit, blood, feces, or similar substances.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
  
  

• A valid address, contact information, and vehicle details are required for booking.
  
  

• Customers must ensure safe and legal access to the service location, with enough space for our team to work.
  
  

• Please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window due to traffic or unforeseen delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  
  

• We reserve the right to alter or move a booking due to staffing levels, weather conditions, equipment failure, or safety concerns.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and Zelle.
  
  

• Declined payments must be resolved immediately. If unresolved within 48 hours, we may initiate collection procedures.
  
  

• Prices listed are estimates; final charges may vary based on actual vehicle condition, requested add-ons, or unforeseen service requirements.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  
  

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the booked service fee.
  
  

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Customers are responsible for disclosing any existing damage prior to service.
  
  

• All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing processes.
  
  

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or damage arising from the age or condition of the vehicle.
  
  

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please remove all valuables before service.

9. Service Satisfaction

If there is clear evidence that a technician did not fulfill the purchased package or performed work below our quality standards, we will re-do the unsatisfactory portion at no cost.

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
  
  

• Include photos of the issue via email or text to info@radiantautospa.com or (817) 668-0989 when filing the claim.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

• All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
  

• We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or defects. Results vary based on vehicle condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Website Terms of Use

By accessing our website, you agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
You may not:

• Modify, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.
  
  

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its security.
  We reserve the right to revise website content or these terms without notice.

13. Changes to Terms

Radiant Auto Spa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or sending notice to customers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
